1  Black Forest Cake
Black Forest cake is typically a chocolate sponge cake consisting of layers. This German origin cake is decorated with whipped cream, cherries and chocolate shavings. Traditionally, kirschwasser, a clear spirit made from sour cherries, is added to the cake. In India, the cake is generally prepared without alcohol.


2  Chocolate Truffle Cake
Chocolate Truffle or ganache is a flavoured cream or frosting made with chocolate and fresh cream and is used in decorating desserts. Ideally, a rich chocolate cake filled with the above frosting is a truffle cake.

Dark Chocolate Cake is essentially a bitter version of Chocolate Truffle Cake. The cake has bitter notes that penetrate the whole bite.

Mousse is an incredibly rich sweet that incorporates eggs (mostly egg whites) and other ingredients such as chocolate, that are whipped along to produce a fluffy and airy texture. It’s thick, gorgeous and gourmandizing.
7  Chocolate Ganache
Chocolate ganache is a smooth blend of chocolate and cream; butter is frequently added to this mixture, as well. Chocolate ganache has multiple uses. In its liquid state, chocolate ganache can be poured over cakes or pastries, and it will set up into a glaze.


8  Chocolate SoufflĂ©
Soufflé is puffed up and fluffy dessert based on a chocolate or fruit sauce (lemon or raspberry, for example), and are often served with a dusting of powdered sugar.


9  Brownies
Brownies are cakes, often containing nuts. They consist of almost the same ingredient as cake but having totally different proportions. Brownies consist of more chocolate than flour. They’re dense and fudgy and use less moisture in comparison to cakes. Cakes are light and fluffy while brownies are chewier and have a cracked top. Often, brownies contain little or no leavening agents.
